All We Are (twitter) have come together from all sides of the earth, or Brazil, Norway, and Ireland to be more precise and now based in Liverpool, but as a group they produce carefully constructed enchantments of harmonies and wonder. The band have just released their We Hunt EP on Payper Tiger Records, and it’s a delight.
Cardhouse (which they’re giving away as a free free mp3 here) is rich and engulfing, whilst Red Sky is a little more poppy with just the more upbeat female-led vocals, and Satellite is softer, darker and more psychedelic. There’s both claustrophobia and expansive beauty on We Hunt EP, with more than a little of the Nordic forest hide-away where they recorded rubbing off on them.
