South London four-piece Movie have been making waves recently, with some even calling them the saviour of indie pop (hello Noisey), and with their angular guitars and Blur-influenced vocal melodies they are sure to be making many of this year’s summer playlists.
They are an exciting prospect of band, but it is the Belarbi remix of their debut single, Ads, that I just can’t get out of my head. Premiered on The Beat Juice, it’s a glistening, Balearic remix that strips out the guitars and rebuilds the whole song around the dancefloor beat. Damn.
