Today is a dark, dark day and as I sit and try to comprehend the barbarity and sadness, the tragic beauty of Murder By Death‘s ‘Send Me Home’ has been particularly appropriate.
The gothic folk-blues track is about the pain of watching a loved one slip into darkness and being left behind, and “time to move on”.
‘Send Me Home’ is from the album ‘Big Dark Love’, which is due for release on Bloodshot Records next month.
