Not content with being named a Spotify Rising Star and headlining our Hopscotch live event last night, this week saw Will Joseph Cook release the catchy-as-all-hell Girls Like Me.
The move from Tunbridge Wells to London this year following the release of his much loved Streets of Paris nearly a year ago appears to have treated Cook well, and with Girls Like Me, the 18-year-old has produced a jaunty, infectious slice of indie-pop that is on course to being the soundtrack for many a summer adventure.
Recently signed to Atlantic, we should be seeing a lot more of him in the months to come.
