A few bars into the first track from NYC-based Two Feet‘s debut EP and I’m already finding myself walking with that strut that comes from listening to a record that is just cool-as-fuck.
The EP fades into Go Fuck Yourself with a little jazz/blues vocals and a vinyl crackle before we hit the heavy bass and a blues riff that has no godly place sounding that suave.
The whole EP manages to give a stiff two fingers to those of us trying to pigeonhole it into any genre, swaggering somewhere between blues, bass-heavy EDM, and sultry R&B. Fuck yes.
