Just when I was looking for something to soundtrack this rainy Wednesday afternoon, Akira Records chief Stevie McMinn (of Mt Wolf fame) posts up these ambient gems from newcomer Corre.
So, hot off the presses today we’ve got the AA single A Spark, A Beginning / Proceed, the first two tracks from Corre’s upcoming debut LP, due for release on 20th October.
The tracks roll and twist around the same simple melodies, keeping just enough rhythm to progress through from one phrase to the next, but always resolutely beautiful.
