To celebrate the launch of Pure Boost Chill, the latest member of the Adidas Pure Boost range of sneakers, the sportswear and fashion brand has produced a video shot from a different angle – the shoes.
To take a walk in the shoes of England and Arsenal striker Theo Walcott, Adidas attached a GoPro camera to his new pair of ultra blue Pure Boost Chill sneakers, and invited the world to see what a worldclass footballer gets up to in his time off.
The short film, entitled The Sneakers of Walcott, sees the footballer unbox his new sneakers, before jumping on his bike and riding along a London street, pulling a few wheelies as he went. The footballer is then shown from below as he visited a barbershop, and sprints away from the paparazzi waiting for him on the street.
A quick kick-about with some friends, and their dog, ends the day before Walcott heads home and gives his new kicks a clean.
Life’s got to be tough at the top.
The Pure Boost Chill sneakers comes in three flavours for men and women, with women offered Core Black/Dark Grey/Flash Orange, Flash Red/Vista Pink/FTWR White, or FTWR White/FTWR White/Flash Green , and men offered Collegiate Navy/Blue Beauty/FTWR White, FTWR White/FTWR White/Green, or Core Black/Dark Grey/Onix.
The sneakers are available exclusively from Footlocker Europe at a price of €129.99
