I have been sitting on this far too long now as it has been on constant rotation on my stereo for little while.
Oh Minnows (MySpace), born out of ex-Semifinalists (Chris Steele-Nicholson and Ferry Guow) along with some new blood, have produced a small bag of 80s influenced slow paced pop goodness in the form of the Might EP, due out on Young & Lost Club next Monday
The title track ‘Might’ demonstrates their ability to bring forward a sound that could be from a classic 80s soundtrack into the modern era, and is a tune I’m hoping to hear blasted from balconies throughout the summer sun. Enchanted synth-draped pop.
