Finnish duo Shine 2009 release a brand new video for sublime track ‘New Rules’ this week, and it’s a cracking ethereal tune, perfect for the summer days. Shine 2009 might have ‘dated’ themselves for the purposes of their name, but their sound is very much timeless.
