They make dirty bluegrass, are perhaps beggars in their spare time, and are definitely rather good. The Dirty Beggars have been rising on the Scottish music scene over the past twelve months, evidenced by everything from shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Celtic Connections to support slots with Orange Unsigned winner Tommy Reilly.
This summer, they visit England for a small series of performances in and around London – and I’m expecting foot-stomping hoedowns for the entirety of their stay, the dates of which are listed below.
