With tickets for tomorrow’s Hopscotch event selling fast, we’re excited to announce the lineup for next month’s event – where we’ve got Rews, October Drift, and Thyla, and playing at London’s The Social on Tuesday 19th April.
Belfast and London-based Rews have been making some serious waves with the release of their two singles of what they describe as “high energy pop rock”. The duo, made up of Shauna Tohill and Collette Williams, have already received high praise from our friends at Fresh one the Net and ROTD and for good reason with their catchy-as-f*ck hooks that could wrestle anyone out of their 9-5 slumber.
Somerset-based October Drift, who have a debut EP out this week and join us at the start of a UK-wide tour that is already selling out. The post-punk four-piece have been finding fans across the board in recent months, with fans “blown away [by] the energy, the passion, the sheer musical force” they bring to their shows.
Joining them on stage will be Thyla, a quartet whose sophisticated brand of grungey rock has had them described as a “mercurial quartet of brooding vox” and “one of Brighton’s most promising outfits“.
You can buy tickets for the event at WeGotTickets right now for £5. Stay updated with details on the Hopscotch’s Facebook page.
