London-based James Cullen and Dan Cobb have been slowly building a reputation over the last 12 months under the TENDER moniker, drip-feeding us with reflective R&B-inflected grooves (which we’ve featured on 22tracks). And now signed to Partisan, they have dropped their best track to date.

No-word yet on an EP or album, but the pair are due to make their live debut and sharing more music later this year.
