Bringing chaos to your Thursday afternoon, Limerick-based Bleeding Heart Pigeons are spilling the noise, shoegaze and modulation.

On Catharsis, Mícheál Keating manages to bring some order to proceedings with his soaring, soothing vocals, carefully layered atop thumping toms with industrial crunches, and a guitar of tropical noise before stripping back into something introspective. The whole thing is a beautiful, hot mess.

The band have had a three track EP floating around since last summer, but the band have recently been signed to Virgin, and now have an official debut EP out next month.
