Transatlantic duo Pandr Eyez (SoundCloud/Twitter) are only just starting to surface with songstress Ferren’s vocals managing to be both heart-warmingly fragile and filled with bubblegum youth surrounded by synth sweeps and simple beats. It’s that moment when you hold her tight, your world stops as the rest of the world around you disintegrates into a blur of lights.

They’re a wonderfully delicate pop delight.
