It’s been about a year since Beat Connection (facebook) dropped their debut Surf Noir EP that brought with it comparisons to both The Drums and Depeche Mode, for its sounds on a summer breeze. Now the duo are back with Think/Feel, this time featuring Chelsey Scheffe on vocals as a teaser for their upcoming SXSW appearances.
It may only be a teaser of what is to come, but with it comes a groove reminiscent of LCD Soundsystem, but with the gloss and shimmering beauty we’ve come to expect from the band. Hello summer.
