We have the video for the new Lostprophets [Facebook/Twitter] single here. It’s well worth a watch if you like your music videos to tell a story, and is quite action-packed as well, so should appeal to fans of that genre too! The clip is for the band’s forthcoming single, Bring ‘Em Down, which is out on March 26th, and is a slice of hard-edged pop-punk that sounds like the band are definitely still on form. I have a soft spot for this kind of thing. One of my favourite pop-punk albums of last year was In Gold Blood by Kids In Glass Houses. As that band proved, Welsh bands are pretty good at this sort of thing (Funeral For a Friend also say hi), and I still feel that The Betrayed was a great album, so I’m gonna go on the record as saying I am quite looking forward to the release of their next full-length, which is called Weapons and arrives on April 2nd.
