We fell in love with Akiine (born Akiine Kivelä Ngarambe) when she released Sunglassey more than a year ago, and now we’re rather privileged to premier the similarly excellent Destiny.

Destiny is a soft and sultry 808-leaning track, with a muted, mellow vibe that we have come to love from the Swedish songstress. The deep bounce should see this flooding the dancefloors with the lights down low very soon.

To celebrate the new release, she’s paying the Old Blue Last on 3 March with labelmate Bewilderbeast, which sounds like quite the night.

Akiine has signed to the wonderful Brooklyn label Color Station, who say we can expect an album on the way some time around late summer.
