Easing us into the weekend we’ve got the premiere of a new cut from friend of the blog D/R/U/G/S.

‘Solid Sky’ sees the Manchester-based producer returning to some of the first ideas he had with D/R/U/G/S, to “write synth led music without the structural constraints of pure club tracks”, giving himself “a blank palette [to] work on music with no restriction”.

The track starts as ambient electronica, and slowly evolves throughout it five-minutes into something more epic for a blissed-out sunrise.
